Movie time

Special movie screening of a hit in recent times ‘Three Idiots’ with fun theme was done for the employees, during the celebrate service week. The almost houseful audience was touched with the theme and screen play and have carried back lessons from the movie – ‘Innovation’, ‘Camaraderie’, ‘Teamwork’, and more.

Thank you card for Employees families

The team at CP Bengaluru felt that Employees’ families need to be thanked to have their sons, daughters, husbands, wives deliver the exemplary service that they do. So we sent a thank you card in recognition of their support to all Crowne Plaza Colleagues. A gesture that has touched quite a few on the team.

Recognition certificates for deserving candidates

The highlight of the week for colleagues has been the ‘You’ve been great’ certificate (take away). Certificates have been issued to all colleagues involved in delivering our core purpose ‘Great Hotel that Guests Love’.

Theme Lunch @ Bytes Employee Café:


A Special theme lunch at the Bytes Employee Café was organized on the eve of ‘Celebrate Service Week’. Great food and amazing feel of a sea resort location was the theme..To pep up there were things that appealed to all five senses the beauty of the décor, aroma and taste of the mouth watering dishes, authentic music, and of course dancing with sense of touch to the wonderful music…Colleagues had a magnificent time..

Leadership Team Welcomes Colleagues to Work


Crowne Plaza leadership team decided to delight the colleagues by welcoming them in turns during all days of the celebration week. Colleagues arriving for their shifts, were pleasantly surprised with this warm welcome from their managers, as early as 6:30 AM onwards.

Service Week Celebrations:


The Celebrate Service Week at the Crowne Plaza Bengaluru Electronic City started with a bang at our own Bytes (Employee) Café at with the GM Mr. Shaun Langdon kick starting with his speech explaining the ‘Global Thank You Week’ observed by IHG in association with IHAI. Celebration was on with cakes being given away to the colleagues.

Special Luncheon hosted by GM in favour ‘Best Employee Nominees’

IHG a performance driven organization - This was reinforced by the special luncheon hosted by the GM in favor of the ‘Best Employee Nominees’. This took place at our 24@43 Bistro with the General Manager Mr. Shaun Langdon in acknowledgement of their efforts in delivering ‘Great Hotel that Guests Love’.
